Ephesians3:3-7

3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: 4 according as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: 5 having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, 6 to the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. 7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace.  (KJV)

Imagine!  We have all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ!

What a fabulous promise.  He chose us in him to make us holy and acceptable.  We are made blameless before God by the crucifixion of Christ.  He set us free from the law of sin and death that had formerly held us in bondage.  Redeeming us through the shedding of his blood on the cross, Christ secured our forgiveness for sins according to the riches of his grace!

Whereas we were previously prevented from a personal relationship with God, now we have obtained it through Christ's willing sacrificial act.  We are seated with him in heavenly places and we can rest secure in the knowledge that we are joint-heirs with Christ of an incredible inheritance.  Great is the peace that passes all understanding which guards our hearts and our minds through Christ Jesus.  Let his perfect peace rule in your mind for you have the mind of Christ if he is your saviour!
